TaKaRa MiniBESTPlasmid Purification Kit Ver.4.0은 소량의 박테리아 배양액으로부터 plasmid DNA를 신속하게 정제할 수 있도록 설계된 제품이다. 본제품은 박테리아 세포를 용해하는 전통적인 SDS-alkaline lysis 방법을 기반으로 하여 plasmid DNA가 선택적으로 Spin column의 silica membrane에 부착하는 방법이 결합된 제품으로 특별한buffer에 의해 활성화된다. 프로토콜은 고순도plasmid DNA를 신속하게 정제하는 간편한 방법으로 1시간 이내 전체 과정을 완료할수 있다.LB 배지에 밤새 배양한 1~4 ml의 박테리아배양액으로부터 1~20 ug의 순수한 plasmid DNA(OD260/OD280 = 1.8～2.0)를 정제할 수 있다. 페놀 추출과 에탄올 침전 과정이 필요 없는 프로토콜이며 Tris 버퍼나정제수에 녹인 plasmid DNA는 DNA sequencing이나 transformation, in vitro transcription, 제한효소 처리나 그 외 효소 반응이 필요한다양한 실험에 직접 이용할 수 있다.

□ 보관 및 운송
● 1. The kit can be stored at room temperature (15 - 25℃) for 1 year. The kit should be stored at 4℃ for long-term preservation. If a precipitate is visible in some buffer, incubate the buffer at 37℃ for several minutes
until the precipitate is dissolved completely.
● 2. RNase A can be stored at room temperature (15 - 25℃) stable for 6 months. It should be stored at - 20℃ for long-term storage.● 3. After adding RNase A to Solution l, it can be stored at 4℃ for 3 months.
● 4. The kit is shipped at room temperature (15 - 25℃).
