□ 제품설명
Capturem™ His-Tagged Purification Maxiprep Kit는재조합 단백질 정제를 위한 정제 제품으로써, 사용이 용이하고 빠른 시간 안에 효율적으로 단백질 정제를할 수 있도록 제작되었다. * Isolate ~2.5 mg of your his-taggedprotein with a purification system that is:
● High-capacity: columns contain novel nylon membranes instead of resin
● High-yield: elute concentrated protein (up to 4.5 mg/ml)
● Fast and convenient: work for 15 min at room temperature instead of 3-4 hr in the cold room
● Flexible: purify from mammalian or bacterial cells
본제품에 사용된 modified nylon membrane은 작은bed volume을 지니고 있기 때문에 고순도, 고농도로 목적단백질을 회수할 수 있다. 또한, 실온에서 15분만에 His-tagged protein을 정제할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 다양한 종류의additives 존재 (βME, EDTA, DTT, glycerol, TCEP (표 1 참고)) 하에서도 단백질 정제가 가능하다. 본제품에는 Nylon membrane을 포함한 Capturem™Maxiprep Nickel Column, Lysis를 위한 xTractor Buffer, Washbuffer, Elution buffer 뿐만 아니라 lysate를 column에 loading하기 전에 cell lysate 불순물 제거를 위한 Capturem™ MaxiprepFilter도 포함하고 있다.
