□ ProSieve Blue Protein Staining Solution
ProSieve Blue Protein Staining Solution은 polyacrylamide gel이나 PVDF membrane 상의 protein을 신속하고 민감하게 염색한다. 이 staining Solution은 Coomassie Brilliant Blue G-250 dye를 기반으로 만들어 졌다.ProSieve Blue dye는 protein이 우선적으로 염색되게 함으로써 de-staining을 줄여 주며 기존의 Coomassie Brilliant Blue R250보다 10배 정도 더 민감하다. ProSieve Blue Protein Staining Solution은 메탄올이나 아세트산을 함유하고 있지 않으며 3회 정도 재사용이 가능하다.
